This is a clean, modern, well run hotel within easy walking distance of the Aachen Cathedral and other tourist sites. I liked it all. And here's a shout out to the desk clerk, who was very helpful and blessed with a great sense of humor. I won't put her name on the internet but she knows who she is.

The hotel was in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere. We arrived in the morning and could use the parking straight away and were allowed to leave our car there for a few extra hours the next day. When we arrived the room was not ready yet, but when we came back a few hours later they had already put our luggage in the room for us, which was great service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice and had everything we needed.

An absolutely brilliant lady on the reception desk (blonde) who could not have been more helpful. She is a credit to the company and the attention she gave would make you want to return. Secure parking was available as indicated. the location is short walk to the Alt Stadt centre and the shopping area.

Very helpful receptionists, nice breakfast, room very clean and recently refurbished. Very quiet (with windows closed) despite location near bus station. Short walk to centre.

Quite a modern and freshly renovated hotel. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got two connected rooms for a family with two kids. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and nicely served. Personnel of the hotel was friendly, attentive, and test to support. The hotel has an underground parking 3 min walking distance.

The room was very clean, and the stuff allow us to enter the room in advance of the check-in time to drop the backpack. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes away. The parking service is also very convenient.

The staff was helpful and nice. Loved the welcome water and the little packet of haribo on the bed. Room had everything and was spacious. Breakfast was great with a variety of food and drinks.

The room was small, but the sower was excellent. As long as the bed is good and I can have a good shower, I'm happy. Bed: 8/10 Shower: 10/10 Breakfast is somewhat expensive for what you get. Parking at the hotel is not something for big cars or inexperienced drivers. There is a parking garage around the corner for €12 a day.

super friendly staff, very clean and quiet rooms though located towards the main street. super comfortable beds, air conditioning. Very convenient location, a few minutes to the city center / old town and 200 m to the bus stop to the CHIO. Public affordable parking very nearby as the Hotel parking was full booked.
