Very clean, comfortable hotel with well-renovated rooms. It was pleasant to spend time there! The lobby and reception area are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and with different options. Parking garage is 150m from the hotel, closed and safe. Overall, good value for money!

Very clean and welcoming. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was a huge bonus. The room was clean and modern. The water pressure in the shower was incredible ! The women at reception were very helpful calling for reservations for us at local restaurants and providing advice.

The hotel is close to the centre of Aachen. The room was well-designed, not huge, but the use of space meant that there was good storage, a fridge and a desk. The bathroom made optimum use of the small space. The staff were very helpful and friendly, really much beyond what we would have expected. The breakfast was very good. The decor is modern and well-done, with plenty of wood. It was very clean.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They helped us with the parking. We had reserved a spot in their locked up garage just round the corner. Well worth the money as you are right in the centre. The room had everything you could want and was spotless. Breakfast lived up to the pictures. Thank goodness a nice pot of coffee, served by a nice young man, and not one of those awful machines. We could even squeeze our own orange juice! Yes, a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms are surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. Ours was across from a bus station but you would never know it unless you looked since little to no noise was noticeable. Location is an easy walk to the Dom and, for our stay in late November, very convenient to the Christmas markets.

The staff takes well care of the travelers, plenty of people dropping off bags, to get to the Christmas Market. I did this and when I returned, I found I was checked in, my bag delivered already to the room. Breakfast is a nice selection of both European and Continental options. From fresh squeezed juice you do yourself, to other pastry/bread and food choices. Very nice!

Staff was extremely kind, especially one young gentleman that works there as an intern. We have room 303 which was almost on a corner, quiet and clean. Breakfast was really nice and many different options and of course, the best German bread :). Location also very good, close to the Dom, the old town and the main shopping street. Definitely a good place to be!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even brought a charger up to the room when we need one. The room was very clean and the location is very central. It was close to the parking garage and it only cost Eur 18 for 24 hrs.

The staff at the reception was very cordial, and the check-in was fast end efficient. The bedroom was small but clean and comfortable. The location is central.
